I’m an Exibitor

The organizing committee wishes for all exhibitors to leave fully satisfied with their experience at Le Rendez-vous avicole. Every exihibitor with a booth space for this event must respect the procedures and regulations. These procedures and regulations apply to exhibitors and their employees from exhibition setup to teardown.

1. 1. Set-up time
      Tuesday, November 19 from 1 pm to 9 pm
   2. Teardown time
      Wednesday, November 20 from 6 pm to 10 pm
   3. Landing area
      Material delivery and pick-up is forbidden at the Centre de Congrès main entrance, you must use the loading zone doors. The Centre de congrès will only accept the material starting November 19.
   4. Handling and Storage of Goods
      Any exhibitor shipping its material directly to the Centre de congrès, and not present to receive it, understands that the material will automatically be handled by the centre’s staff and that fees, payable on site, could be applied.
